ROLE DESCRIPTION:
James Madrid - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing personalized life and health insurance solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals,, and lead follow-up activities.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies.
  • Review existing coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active Life & Health insurance license (required).
  • Previous insurance sales experience (required).
  • Proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
